Take care of your cuticles and don’t trimmed them during a manicure. If you are interested in nail art, use polish of some special brands like OPI, ORLY and REVLON. Aoid using harsh polish which consist of different kinds of chemicals like toluene, dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl and diethyl phthalates, camphor and formaldehyde. Buffing your nails also enhances the beauty instead of colour them. Last but not the least, you should be cautious of your diet. Take enough water as it prevents your nails from dryness. Take a healthful diet which contain protein, vitamins A, Calcium, Vitamin C, Zinc and Fatty acids. All these keeps your nail healthy, strong and beautiful.
